
About Carl-Olof
Carl-Olof has key expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and insurance. He represents publicly and privately held companies as well as private equity sponsors in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and tender offers.
Carl-Olof also advises on capital markets, corporate governance, general corporate law and commercial contracts, as well as regulatory issues in the insurance industry. Carl-Olof has a number of international NGOs as clients.
He has vast experience of cross-border acquisitions and investments both inbound into Sweden and outbound into foreign jurisdictions. Carl-Olof works in close contact with a large network of international lawyers in the U.S., Europe, and other jurisdictions.
Carl-Olof is a past Chair of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in New York.
